The staff were super friendly and helped with directions to nearby shops. My room was nice and warm with a good power shower—felt like a lekker refresh after a long day! Plus, the overall vibe was chill and relaxing, which I really appreciated.

Only downside was the taxi fare from the city centre—€12 ain’t too bad but still adds up!

The check-in process was incredibly chaotic, with long wait times causing frustration right from the start. I encountered an alarming lack of cleanliness in the corridors, which detracted from the otherwise decent room experience. To top it off, I found the air conditioning system was not functioning effectively, leaving us feeling uncomfortably warm during the night.

The room was clean and spacious, which was great. The bed, oh man, super comfy! I really appreciated having both single and double beds available. On the flip side, there weren’t enough towels, and I noticed some dirty floors. the lack of shampoo was a little disappointing. All in all, it was a decent place to crash for the night but needs some tweaks.
